In Korea, the status of postal office is also decreasing because people send e-mail or text message through their cell phones. Even on special days like Christmas and the New year, e-mailing and sending text messages have replaced mails, only few people send mails and cards. However, tax bills are delivered by mail. So, I think the post office in Korea can maintain their operations.
